Sales is one of the few professions that truly is an art form.

You can learn how to sell, but keep in mind that you will be tweaking and honing your skills for the rest of your career.

Selling is similar to theatre; you can teach drama, but you cannot teach comedy.

It's there or it is not.

Make no mistake!   I am certainly not saying that if you have never done sales, that you cannot.

I am saying bluntly that you must have a penchant and passion for this field.   With these two aspects under your belt, no goal is unattainable.

Loretta Collins has been in sales for over 20 years.   All it took was a Girl Scout leader and a sheet of wonderful cookies to be sold.   (Not to worry, the Girl Scout years don't count towards her 20 years of experience.)

She has sold children's hosiery wholesale in NYC.

This industry is most often thought of as cute, which is a logical assumption, but incorrect. "The rag trade" is one of the most vicious and competitive industries in the world, including the Olympics.

Her most extensive background was in custom designing health plans for individuals.   In an all commission job, she ranked in the top 6% nationwide.

This career encompassed every part of what goes into achieving and keeping a sale.

Yes, there were other products, but the one caveat Loretta has always had, was that she had to believe in the product.   If it wasn't important to her, how could she convey importance to total strangers?

What you achieve will greatly exceed your monetary investment in coaching.

"As I started my new sales career in promotional items last October, I did a couple of sales training classes with Coach Loretta. Coach Loretta gave me great tips on prospecting, who to pursue and "who to let go of", great advice on how to get referrals from clients, and expert advice on following up with clients and the importance of thank you notes. I am sure my sessions with Loretta played a big part in the sales I had shortly afterwards. Her handouts are excellent and great to refer back to after your sessions. She has clearly done her research and homework on sales, and tailors it to help you, her client, and future success story in sales. If you want to start a career in sales or make more sales, don't delay, see Coach Loretta now."

"I'd never been in sales before and my company's training program proved lacking once I was in the field. Luckily, I found the Sales Doctor. With Loretta's personalized help, I booked more appointments, learned how to attain referrals, and my closing ratio exceeded not only my expectations, but even the company's."
Scott Wilkerson - Financial Consultant - Kansas City

"I was having problems getting my businesses off the
ground when a friend suggested I speak with a sales
coach. I made an appointment with Loretta who didn't
tell me what to do, but taught me how to brainstorm
and think of ideas on my own. She was very hands-on,
and always there if I had a question. Definitely
money well spent!"
